StraightResume.com offers digital products delivered instantly. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our service, all sales are generally final. Once your resume has been generated and made available for download, refunds are not provided as the digital product has been fully delivered.
2. DIY Resume Builder
Refunds are not offered after the resume has been generated and downloaded. If you experienced a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Custom Resume Writing
One free revision is included with every order. Refunds are not available once writing has commenced. If delivery is delayed beyond the stated 24-hour timeframe, please contact us.
4. Technical Issues
If you encounter a genuine technical problem — corrupted file, failed download, or payment error — contact us at contact@straightresume.com within 48 hours.
